Two Yuri Manga “citrus” and “Netsuzou Trap – NTR -” Get Anime Adaptations

Three days before the launch of the magazine’s monthly publication, it is announced today that anime adaptations of two popular series from Ichijinsha’s yuri manga anthology Comic Yuri Hime, Saburouta‘s citrus and Naoko Kodama‘s Netuzou Trap -NTR-, are in the works. The magazine’s first monthly issue, the January 2016 issue, will be available at Japanese stores on November 18. 10 new titles will start their serialization in the issue.

Saburouta’s citrus has been serialized in the magazine since its January 2013 issue and now five tankobon volumes are available. The story centers on the relationship between a first grade high school girl Yuzu Aihara and her sister-in-law Mei Aihara. In the drama CD released in August 2015 as a bonus item for the fourth volume, Yuzu was voice by Ayana Taketatsu, while Mei was played by Minami Tsuda.

Its English editions are released by Seven Seas Entertainment. Seven Seas describes the story as below:

Yuzuko Aihara, a high school girl whose main interests are fashion, friends and having fun, is about to

get a reality check. Due to her mom’s remarriage, Yuzu has transferred to a new, all-girls school that

is extremely strict. Her real education is about to begin. From Day One, happy-go-lucky Yuzu makes

enemies, namely the beautiful yet stern Student Council President Mei. So what happens when a dejected

Yuzu returns home and discovers the shock of her life: that Mei is actually her new step-sister who has

come to live with her? Even more surprising, when Mei catches Yuzu off-guard and kisses her out of the

blue, what does it all mean?

It is confirmed to be adapted as a TV anime in 2017. Hotaru’s boyfriend Fujiwara is voiced by Daisuke
