“Rolling Girls” Ride Again For New Best Album Collection

Ari Ozawa, Rina Hidaka, Risa Taneda, and Yumiri Hanamori, the Rolling Girls of Wit Studio’s 2015 (Attack on TitanKabaneri of the Iron Fortress) anime are back for a “THE ROLLING GIRLS Rock Best! ~Songs of the mob, by the mob, for the mob~” album. In addition to the opening, ending and insert songs, this will have a new cover of The Bear Hearts’ classic “Linda Linda.”

The collection’s second disc will feature a “Summer Map” audio drama by anime script writer Yasuyuki Muto. Along with March 15, 3,500yen release, a series of four 30cm art canvass will also be selling for 3,500yen each.

North American distributor Funimation described the series’ premise

In the wake of the Great Tokyo War, Japan, as the world once knew it, no longer exists. What remains is a fragmented network of independent nations ruled by heroes known as Bests. Each Best commands an army made of the Rest as they seek to conquer anyone in their path.
