Paris is getting musical next month with the performance of “Orchestral Memories,” a program of video game music covering everything from Pac-Man to the Tales of series. Produced by La Fée Sauvage and performed by an orchestra of more than 80 musicians, the concert will be accompanied by HD game video to give the audience an immersive experience.
As a teaser, Bandai Namco has given fans a taste of the Tekken medley that will be a part of the performance:
The full medley will include themes from Tekken 2, Tekken 5, and the Jin Kazama theme from Tekken 3.
“Orchestral Memories” will be performed February 4 at 8 PM at Paris’s Salle Pleyel. Also in attendance will be game composers Go Shiina and Motoi Sakuraba. Tickets are available on the La Fée Sauvage website, including 150 VIP tickets that include a post-show meet-and-greet and photo op with both Shiina and Sakuraba.
