No Plans to Bring “Dead or Alive Xtreme 3” to the West

Anyone hoping for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 to make its way to the west might not want to hold their breath. A community manager on the official Dead or Alive Facebook page stepped in to answer a question about the upcoming game, saying “We do not [have plans to] bring DOAX3 to the west and won’t have any plan change in the future. Thank you for asking.

The name of the person behind the comments isn’t visible, but it’s on the official page so it seems these comments represent their thoughts on releasing the next beach boobies spin-off.

Another comment reads:

“Do you know many issues [are] happening in [the] video game industry with regard to how to treat female[s] in [the] video game industry? We do not want to talk [about] those things here. But certainly we have gone through in [the] last year or two to come to our decision. Thank you.”

While this could change in the future, you can always import Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 when it launches in Japan on February 25, 2016. It doesn’t take a Master’s in Japanese to learn that Kasumi likes Strawberry Millefeuille.
