No More New “Long Riders!” Until After the New Year

It looks like Long Riders! has hit yet another speed bump. After delaying episodes twice already in its run, it has been announced that the final two episodes of the series won’t be aired until early next year.

Episode 10 of the road cycling anime aired yesterday, but fans will have to wait more than a month to see the two-part conclusion of the series. Due to production delys, episodes 11 and 12 will be airing together on February 5, 2017.

For those worried about losing track of the show during the long gap, though, there is a solution — the first ten episodes of the series will be re-aired just before the two-part finale.

No More New

Based on the manga of the same name by Longriders and Taishi Miyaki, the series follows college student Ami Kurata who forms her own road racing team called Fortuna.

As mentioned before, this is not Long Riders!‘s first encounter with production delays: episodes 3 and 5 were also delayed early in the show’s run.
