My Hero Academia: Two Heroes Film Ends Run with $5.7M Box Office

We previously posted about how well the My Hero Academia: Two Heroes anime film was doing in theaters throughout North America. Now that its extended run has come to an end, the final tally is all-mighty impressive indeed.

After ballooning the five-day limited release to a total of 17 days of screenings in 556 theaters across the United States and Canada, Two Heroes ended up pulling in $5,768,366 at the box office.

The movie debuted at #23 when it opened, but ended up hitting the #10 spot on the Top 10 list of highest-grossing domestic anime films of all time, even managing to pass Miyazaki’s The Wind Rises in the process.
