Masayoshi Oishi Shows His Cool Dance Performance in “Tada Never Falls in Love” OP Song MV

On the anime’s premiere day in Japan, 38-year-old singer-songwriter Masayoshi Oishi posted a music video for “Otomodachi Film,” the OP theme song for the spring 2018 TV anime Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai/Tada Never Falls in Love, featuring his dance performances at various placed in Tokyo, such as Tokyo Station and Harajuku.

 

Oishi is best known as the writer/composer/arranger of the OP song for the Kemono Friends TV anime, “Yokoso Japari Park he,” which became a smash hit in Japan last year. “Otomodachi Film” is his second solo anime theme song work since “Kimi Janyakya Dame Mitai,” the OP theme for the 2014 TV anime Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun. The main staff of Nozaki-kun, including director Mitsue Yamazaki and character designer Junichiro Taniguchi, are also working on Tada-kun. The CD single of “Otomodachi Film” will be released from Media Factory on May 23.
