Masamune Shirow and Koshi Rikudo’s “Koukaku no Pandora – Ghost Urn” Manga Collected

Plans have been announced to screen an anime adaptation of Ghost in the Shell creator Masamune Shirow and Excel Saga manga author Koshi Rikudo’s Koukaku no Pandora – Ghost Urn for two weeks in three theaters starting December 5th. Kiss x Sis’ Munenori Nawa directs the Studio Gokumi production with IdolM@ster Cinderella Girls‘ Tatsuya Takahashi writing and the Persona 3 anime’s Takuya Takahashi on character design.

A bit predictably considering the talent, it follows a girl whose brain can be transferred between prosthetic bodies depending on need. Surviving a terrorist incident on the way to a man-made resort island, she takes up the mission of solving the mystery behind the incident, with a scientist manipulating the naive girl.
