“In This Corner of the World,” “Napping Princess” And “Mary and The Witch’s Flower” Nominated For Annie Awards

ASIFA-Hollywood has anounced the nominations for its 45th Annual Annie Awards, recognizing the year’s best in the field of animation.  Fumiyo Kouno’s manga In This Corner of the World, directed by Sunao Katabuchi and produced by GENCO and Japanese animation studio MAPPA, along with Ghost in the Shell: SAC mastermind Kenji Kamiyama’s Napping Princess, were nominated for Best Animated Feature-Independent.
