I Hope This Fan Concept of a Super Famicom Mini Becomes a Real Thing

Nintendo fans are going crazy for the NES Mini, which is evident from the fact you just can’t buy them retail anywhere. Artist Dan Clarke is already looking to the future, though and posted this excellent concept of what a Super Famicom Mini box might look like on his Arkotype Twitter feed.

Clarke’s Arkotype is a project dedicated to graphic design centered around video games, and by the looks of this mock-up he certainly knows what he’s doing. The NES Mini is the first of its kind as far as official licensed Nintendo products.

Hopefully the huge interest in it will motivate them to actually release an NES Mini 2, a SNES Mini, or even a Nintendo 64 Mini. I know I’ll be the first in line if so.
