Home Drinking-themed Manga “Takunomi.” Gets TV Anime in 2018

It is officially confirmed today that a TV anime adaptation of Haruto Hino’s home drinking-themed manga Takunomi. (literally means drinking at home) is set to premiere on TBS in 2018. 

 

The comedy series has been serialized in Shogakukan’s manga app Manga One and the Ura Sunday website since August 2015, and its fourth tankobon volume will be released this Thursday, August 10 in Japan. The story centers on 20-year-old Michiru Amatsuki, who has move from Okayama to Tokyo for getting a job. She starts her new life at a female-only share house “Stella House Haruno” and enjoys drinking life with her housemates who are different in age and jobs.
