“Grand Jump” Does Sci-Fi And Sexy With Mature-Audience Tributes To “One Piece”

The semi-monthly Grand Jump is one of the older-audience, seinen titles in the Jump family of manga – formed by merge Business and Super in 2011. The specified target is “liberated adults.” In the latest issue, it was its turn to pay homage to One Piece on the occasion of that series’ 20th anniversary, and accomplished that with pin-ups by Shinichi Sakamoto, author of Innocent Rouge – about executioner Charles-Henri Sanson on the eve of the French Revolution and Shinya Komi, artist on the action sci-fi Ex-Arm.
