Visitors to the massive event that is Anime Japan 2017 will have the opportunity to learn about new anime and games and see live performances — and studios and dealers are rolling out news on their booths already. One of those groups is CyberAgent, Inc., the team behind the app Alternative Girls… which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like.
The app puts you in charge of a team of girls and includes battles, affection levels, wardrobes, and a full voice cast. There’s also a VR mode… and if you go to Anime Japan 2017, you’ll be able to get the full experience at CyberAgent’s booth.
The Alternative Girls booth will be open on the last two days of Anime Japan 2017 — March 25th and 26th — at Tokyo Big Sight. The booth will not only sell merchandise, but also have a VR experience set up so visitors can try out the 3D battle mode and immersive VR for themselves.
More information will be given via Twitter and in-game announcements as the event gets closer.
