“GeGeGe no Kitaro” Brings Scares to the Track with New Collaboration

Quick, name the spring simulcast most likely to end up in a Japan Racing Association collaboration!

Got it? Well, you’re wrong. It’s GeGeGe no Kitaro.

The yokai remake has teamed up with the JRA to present a website hosted by the JRA’s Umabi platform. Three interactive sections take you, Kitaro, and Neko Musume off to the races for a spooky adventure. Test your courage in their visual horror-style survival game (warning: occasional flashing lights), your speed in the racing game, and your sense of style in the Daddy Eyeball Maker.

Fans who come out to Tokyo Racecourse will be able to pick up some goodies, too. The first 1,000 visitors each day on May 6 and May 13 will take home an exclusive prize — a towel muffler on the 6th, and a Neko Musume smartphone wallet on the 13th!
