Square Enix revealed Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia for smartphones in Japan back in August 2016, and it eventually debuted in Japan last January. The next stop for the iOS and Android spinoff is the west, where it’s due out sometime this winter.
Anyone who wants to go ahead and pre-register can do so on Google Play for an in-game reward. If you’re not ready to sign up, or if you plan on playing the iOS version, you can still move closer to earning up to 5,000 Gems by following the Facebook or Twitter accounts.
Like the main game, Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia brings legendary heroes and villains from the Final Fantasy franchise together to do battle. In this version, however, you’ll be using the turn-based Bravery combat system to balance offense and defense. There’s also multiplayer that will let you team up with up to two other players to take down foes and earn rewards.
