TMS Entertainment announced today that Detective Conan: Zero the Enforcer will be released with Chinese subtitles or dub on 7,000-8,000 screens across China from November 9, 2018. It is the fifth Conan feature film to be released in China, following the 20th film The Darkest Nightmare in 2016. The company plans to put the same level of promotional efforts for the film as it did in Japan.

The 22nd Conan feature film was released in Japan on April 13, 2018. It has made a massive 9.1 billion
yen from its domestic run, becoming the most successful film in the franchise and the second top-grossing
Japanese film of this year, behind only Japanese idol Tomohisa Yamashita-starring medical drama Code
Blue: The Movie that has earned 9.21 billion yen.
Zero The Enforcer now ranks 8th in the Japanese animation film’s box office ranking of all-time.
